Thank you for visiting my website.

I have had a passion for spicy and exotic food ever since I was a young lad.

I used to live with my grand parents when I was young and they ran a small cafe/restaurant in the East End of London, where they offered a great selection of spicy chilli dishes.

My grand dad was an ex-farmer from the Island of Malta and came to England in the mid 1930′s.

They thrived as a business at that time due to the influx of seamen and new arrivals in what is now known as Docklands. It was a major port in those days. My grand parents would therefore cater for people of all nationalities from all around the world.

I would watch them cook on most days, although I never realised then, that I’d later take on their passion for cooking.

Over the past thirty years, I have visited many countries and have put together what I believe to be one of the ultimate spicy recipe collections from all over the world.

These are a variety of absolutely authentic spicy dishes that are loved all over the world with added oomph. They are recipes from the finest cooks and chefs from the countries of origin. You will find them in most cases, to surpass that which you’d normally get from take-outs and from restaurants and indeed – much more healthier.
