Chilli Stir-Fried Pork

Try this quick spicy recipe for Chilli Stir-Fried Pork and you’ll keep on coming back for more. This is an easy dish to make that can be cooked in under 30 minutes. Virtually anyone can cook this. My daughter made this dish for me last week and she is only 9 years old.

Chili Stir-Fried Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Hot red chillies (de-seeded)
1 Large red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
1in/2.5cm piece ginger, peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 tbsp dark or light soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1lb/700g tenderloin pork (cut into inch square chunks) (Strip off any fat)
5 ½ oz/160g black bean sauce

Method:

Marinate the pork with soy sauce in a dish for 30minutes to 1 hour in fridge.

Heat up the oil in a wok or pan until nearly smoking and then add ginger and garlic
and stir for about 30 seconds.

Now add the sliced red pepper to the pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Remove
pork from marinade and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes, until browned.

Now add the black bean sauce and the remainder of the marinade to the pan. Bring to
boil and then simmer for 2 minutes and serve.

Serves 4
